Yes — just bring it to either store in Goch or Kleve; exchanges are handled on the spot. Refunds are issued after we process the return, within 24 hours (business days), to your original payment method — plus your bank's processing time.

Do you ship abroad?

We currently ship within Germany only. The shop is available in several languages, but the delivery address must be in Germany.
